Stay in bed

Sometimes it's better to just stay in bed...isn't it? To roll over and hit the snooze button until whenever or shut the alarm off to wake up naturally. If the weather is dreary and we're not feeling like we're ready to take the world at full force, to just roll over and go back to sleep - right?

What happens when we cannot stay in bed? When we have the demands and the tasks ahead of us that need our full attention. It's a mental struggle most of the time, to get out of bed and take on the world when you're really just not all that into it. Take a few breaths, center yourself and have a good talk with yourself in the mirror. Give your pillow a long strong hug and leave it behind. It's up to you to change your attitude, to refocus on the tasks that demand your full attention.

Although you want to just stay in bed, the world needs you today, take a few breaths, let go of the fact you are NOT going to stay in bed today and make the most of the day!
