Over the weekend we had set our clocks an hour ahead. We lost an hour...an hour of sleep, an hour of the day - gone. Did you miss it? Did you notice it was gone? How would you have spent that hour yesterday? Sleeping, cleaning? Maybe meditating or calling a loved one? How about doing some spring cleaning, maybe not just of closets or drawers in our house, but but cleaning out our daily routines of activities that do not benefit us, clearing out junk food from our daily eating regimen and letting go of thoughts that don't promote health in our lives.Sometimes I don't know that we are actually living in the moment, taking advantage of every hour of every day. It is only when time is gone, we loose an hour, that we start to realize how valuable that time is to us. Our days are going to feel longer now, spring is around the corner for us. Live each hour, each day with intention, fully embracing every single moment, good or bad.
Let's prep the body and continue to embrace each day making our way into the spring....
