It's easy to point the paw isn't it? Something goes wrong for us and it's easy to rattle off the excuses as to why, to blame someone or something for the mishap and to put all the weight of the matter onto something other than ourselves. At work, something goes wrong and we have a million reasons as to why it went wrong and why it wasn't our fault. We talk and talk and talk ourselves through the situation the steps that led up to and the situation behind the story.Instead of wasting breath on what went on that led us to where we're at, let's refocus on where we're at and where we should go from there. Stop putting your energy and focus into the past that led up to, and start putting your positive energy into problem solving or moving forward. Own what happened, regardless of why it happened, and start working toward resolution. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter who did it, why it happened, how it happened, when, or what caused it. Pointing the paw is redirected at you, and the lesson you've learned.
Before you point your paw in another direction, point the paw in the mirror and move on with strength and courage...
