Endurance

When we workout, or exercise, we help build our endurance. To sustain a certain activity for an extended amount of time. Running a long distance, biking a long distance or participating in activities for a certain amount of time, all requires you to remain aerobic - something we have to train for improvement with. We can build and improve our endurance, we can increase the duration of any given activity by continually adding onto our training regimens, getting stronger, more capable to sustain and participate

Endurance doesn't JUST apply to physical activity though - it can also apply to life. The endurance to take on pressure at work, stressful situations without breaking down or loosing control, the endurance to keep going and keep your head up no matter what comes your way. Life isn't easy and we are continually confronted with situations we cannot run away from. We build our internal strength to endure the world around us, becoming stronger, more capable and remaining calm or sustaining a positive outlook.

Work on improving your endurance to keep going!
