What is lost, can be found. If you have lost something...your keys, your cookie, your squeak toy, for example...the best thing to do is retrace your steps. Make sure you've searched the bottom of bags, in corners, piles, etc. Before you panic, take a minute to breathe, rethink your last steps and walk through them again. If you are really struggling, it's helpful to ask for assistance - sometimes walking through your last steps out loud is the most helpful.
