Sometimes, what might have seemed like a good idea at the time, might not end being the best idea overall. For example, maybe you think that by staying up late at night to finish your favorite show or watch a movie might be a good idea at the time, but realize the next morning that it would have been a better idea to head to bed early and get a good night's sleep. Maybe choosing food that might seem like a good idea at the time, candy, chocolates, or french fries, might come to give you a stomach ache or make you feel sick after consumption. Making an impulse purchase that hasn't been well thought out or budgeted for, might cause more financial struggle for you later down the line.
Make sure that before you act out on any idea, you've weighed the negative or positive outcomes. Ask yourself if this will help improve or hinder your current state of being. By carefully thinking through each idea that comes into your mind, you'll be sure that you are taking an active role in living smart and taking care of yourself.
Today ask yourself if this is a good idea or a bad idea...
