Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda....

Do you have get the "Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda's?" You know, the feeling that you "should" have done something in particular, you "could" have done it or that opportunity was there, or you "would" have done something if the opportunity was just right? I often get the "shoulda, coulda, woulda's" when I have time to relax...you FINALLY get that Sunday with nothing planned, and BOOM, the anxiety begins with feelings of things you should, could or would be doing to prepare for the week or as an alternative to lying on the couch.

How about doing things that you WANT to do at that given moment. Take a long cat nap instead of hitting the gym because your body needs it, watch a good movie in the middle of the afternoon instead of cleaning the house because your mind needs a moment to get lost. Decline the feeling of having to do errands and instead sit a listen to good music. By getting in touch with what we WANT to be doing instead of what we "should" be doing, we are getting in touch with who we really are...

You should be doing something...but instead do what you WANT with your puppy near by...
