
It’s easy to look out and see what you want in life, to wish, to want to expect. At the same time we can come to feel frustrated with what you have or with where you’re at. Our reactions our ability to accept and to feel content in our everyday lives can be stimulated or affected by what we would rather, what we would prefer. We want to speed up the clocks, obtain more, move to the next level, our time in limbo makes us anxious, we feel sad about how far away something we want might look.
Remember that we are exactly where we are supposed to be, and it is only when we feel content and happy with what we have, where we are is that there will be room for more. Take a look out at what you want, continue to believe in it, to work towards it but be happy with where you’re at. Remind yourself that this is temporary and this too shall pass.
Take 5 deep breaths and hug your puppy tight…
