Close your eyes

Close your eyes....deepen the breath....relax the shoulders down the spine. Feel the muscles become less tense...draw the breath in deeper. Calm the mind, feel the heart beat. Listen into the sound the breath makes.

It is time in high stress or misfortune, our stability can be rocked the most. We can fall off kilter and become misguided, we see ourselves falling into a downward spiral - things feel out of control and 'everything seems to be going wrong.' This is when we need to find center from within. Learning that we cannot control the outside world, but it is the way that we handle and react to things that ultimately defines our own outcome. We need to close our eyes, look within, listen to your intuition, and it starts with lengthening the breath and feeling the chest rise and fall - simple as that.

Open your eyes and feel more centered, ready to get out of the spiral on the up...
