When you're in a car, traveling along with someone else as the driver, do you find yourself making comments on how fast or slow that person is driving? Whether or not they are giving adequate space to the car in front or behind? Commenting on the direction they are traveling, nitpicking where they choose to park, judging when they put their turn signal, and all around being a "Back seat driver?"
Sometimes, it's ok just to sit back and enjoy the ride - let go of the control of being the driver of the car and feel the road below you, take a moment to get lost in the scenery around you and just listen to the music. Let them drive...and you can just sit back and relax - the more you try to control the drive, the more likely to create tension within or muster up those control issues making you feel anxious, nervous and out of control. The same goes for life my friend...you are not always the driver - you do not always drive the car on your path - there is a greater power in control. Sit back, relax and take in the scenery - your driver will make sure you get to where you're supposed to go safely, soundly and in a timing that is what is supposed to be...
Buckle up with your puppy and enjoy being the passenger...
