Sleep Well


Getting enough sleep is a VERY important part of our lives. You should make sure that you get at least 8 hours of sleep during the night and that you nap frequently throughout the day. It will keep you from feeling grouchy, barking at others or biting. People will want to be around you more if you are well rested and ready to embrace the day.
Make sure your bed is in a quiet dark place without a lot of distractions or noises. It’s not a good idea to bring a lot of toys to bed so that you are distracted from falling asleep. You should lie very still when you first crawl into bed and take deep breathes to help calm the body. I will suggest napping in the sun throughout the day to help improve your quality of life and promote happy puppy.
