Exercise

Keeping healthy and in shape is very important to finding balance in your life. Even if just for 20 - 30 minutes a day, 4 times a week, exercise will help you feel stronger, younger, healthier and happy. It also may enhance your physical appearance, unless that is, you are in need of a haircut - in which case you really won't be able to tell and you're more likely to just be fuzzy.

Find someone who enjoys the same physical activities that you do and make time to incorporate exercise into your schedule. It might not be easy at first but with time, you'll find it's just as important to your day as eating, napping, hiding cookies, or going potty outside.

Take your puppy for a walk...

  1. I have recently found a walking partner within my neighborhood, and mom has established a routine exercise schedule for me and my new buddy Logen. And even though I am 5 years his senior, I have found that a walk with a friend is almost as good as retrieving the soccer ball in the back yard. Hunter

  2. Thank you for the feedback Hunter - I am glad you have found your friend to keep active with. That is a wonderful point that you mention, age does NOT matter when it comes to getting exercise, nor does it matter the age of who you are excercising with.

Maybe we can play soccer togther sometime...
