Resolutions

Every New Year, at the close of the year, New Year's day, New Year's eve, it's tradition to create a few Resolutions. Taking stock over the last year while looking onto the next, what do you want to change or improve upon? What goals would you like to set for yourself or what are some new challenges you'd like to explore? Fears you'd like to conquer?

We still have a little over a week until the official New Year begins, but it's not too soon to start thinking about any resolutions you'd like to start on. Maybe you can start your exercise routine a week early to take the pressure off next week. If you're like the Hagar boy, waking up early to embrace the day might be your resolution and it's not time to start like the present. Whatever it is you resolve to do, make sure it's a small, measurable goal that is realistic to your lifestyle. Start small and work your way up.
